SHIPPING & RETURNS
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- Currently all orders are shipped via USPS.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Please allow 2 business days, for order processing and verification, and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. (CURRENTLY CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY).
- NOTE 1: Orders placed AFTER 5PM (E.S.T.) MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY will be processed the next business day.
- NOTE 2: Although, we ask for this processing and shipping time frame, it does not necessarily mean it will take this length of time for you to receive your order.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
- Cost of shipping your order(s) is calculated at time of checkout.
CAN I TRACK THE SHIPPING OF MY ORDER?
- Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that it has with your tracking information.
- NOTE: The email regarding your tracking information may end up in your "SPAM / JUNK" email folder. To avoid this just add Pier 37 Clothing to your safe list / unmark us from your "Junk" folder.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
- We accept returns and exchanges on items purchased via our online store. Any purchases made at our Falmouth, MA location, (located inside the Pier 37 Boathouse restaurant), must have their returns and / or exchanges processed at our Falmouth, MA location.
- The following criteria must be met at time of return:
1. Customer must have purchase receipt(s) of item(s) at time of return.
2. Item(s) must be undamaged.
2. Item(s) must be unwashed.
3. Item(s) must be unaltered from their original make. (This includes, but is not limited to, additional embroidery, printing, heat transferring onto, cutting or any other physical alterations.)
4. Item(s) still have their original tagging and / or labeling where applicable.
- NOTE 1: Pier 37 Clothing Co. assumes no responsibilities for any and all orders that may be lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.
- NOTE 2: Falmouth store returns or exchanges can be made up to the end of our Pier 37 Boathouse restaurant's Summer season, but not beyond. If affected, please email us with inquiries.
